Applying for AEnvCoW Membership – Important Pre-Application Information

Thank you for your interest in becoming a member of AEnvCoW.

Please read the information below carefully before starting your application. Once you are ready to proceed, click the Apply Now button at the bottom of this page.

Graded Membership Applications (Full, Associate and Graduate / Entry Level)

Step 1 – Download and complete the application form

Please download and complete the relevant application form offline before starting your online application.

Step 2 – Submit your application

During the online application process, you will be asked to provide:

  1. Personal details

  2. Current employment information

  3. Statements of interest

  4. Supporting documents upload

Step 3 – Create your membership account and payment

You will then be asked to:

  • Set up your membership account details

  • Create a password (please keep a note of this)

  • Submit your payment details

Once submitted, your application will enter the review queue and will be assessed at the next Membership Panel review meeting.

Required Supporting Documents

Please ensure all required supporting documents are submitted with your application. Incomplete applications may be delayed or rejected if missing information is not provided. Submitting all documents correctly the first time will help avoid delays to the review process.

On the next page, please upload:

  • Fully completed application form (PDF or Word format)

  • Copy of your Full or Chartered Membership certificate with a recognised professional body (e.g. CIEEM, ISEP or CIWEM)

  • Up-to-date CV (maximum 2 pages)

  • Education certificates

  • Relevant CPD certificates

Affiliate Membership

Affiliate Membership is a non-graded membership category and does not require panel review.

Step 1 – Complete your online application

During the application process, you will be asked to provide:

  1. Personal details

  2. Current employment information

  3. Statement of interest



Step 2 – Create your membership account and payment

You will then be asked to:

  • Set up your membership account details

  • Create a password (please keep a note of this)

  • Submit your payment details


Your Affiliate Membership will be activated immediately after payment has been processed.
